Details: BACHATA PARTNER WORK COURSE WITH PERFORMANCE OPTIONAL
Incognito Dance is putting together a Partner Work Student Performance Team. We are looking for leaders & followers of Improver/ Intermediate / Advanced levels.
Please inquire as early as possible to secure your place, as we always get sold out, places are very limited and we usually have a large number of applicants. A fun and friendly atmosphere during your training, a great chance to make new friends and share amazing memories whilst improving your dancing. Students are selected depending on their level of dancing and commitment.
This Performance & Technique course is the perfect way to take your dancing to a whole new level, whilst making new friends having lots of fun, and traveling. Performing is optional, improving your dancing and enjoying yourself is compulsory.
You will get 12 x 3-hour sessions that will prepare you for a variety of shows across London and surrounding counties. Each student will perform an average of 4-8 shows, some of which will include performing at London’s biggest parties.
The choreography will be in the modern Bachata style with elements of Sensual, Dominican, Moderna, and Fusion. The focus of the course is on techniques that will improve your social dancing, leading and following skills, confidence, styling, arms styling, musicality, posture and presence. All the group will be given a huge level of support throughout the entire experience.
Choreographed by Jeff Tarpinian & Mia Amorbailawho are one of the most sought-after stars of the Salsa/Cha Cha/Bachata/Latin world. Mainly for Improver to Advanced students. This is a fantastic chance for Improver/Intermediate/advanced dancers looking to take their dancing and performance skills to a whole new level. It will be very intense and definitely not for the faint-hearted. Rehearsals in air-conditioned mirrored studios in the Fulham Dance Attic on Sundays.
