JEFF TARPINIAN Jeff Tarpinian’s inspirational style generates enthusiasm and commitment to the art of Salsa & Latin dancing. He was been dancing various styles of dance for more than 30 years. At the early age of 13 he excelled in the street dance style of Popping and Locking, as well as Jazz, winning many competitions and touring Europe doing performances, as well as many TV slots/shows. Coming from an Armenian background and brought up in London, Jeff learned to appreciate a wide variety of good music from an early age. Dancing Salsa LA and NY style, On1 and On2, Bachata, Cha cha etc.. for more than 20 years – Jeff has already travelled the world, teaching and dancing in over 90 worldwide congresses, and is set this year for many more. His varied inspirations have led Jeff to dance a very unique style of Salsa, and Bachata blending hip-hop, jazz and contemporary. As a choreographer, DJ and Salsa instructor, Jeff enjoys every aspect of dancing, from encouraging the novice to working with the advanced, always inspiring the best out of everyone. Focusing on technique, rhythm, correct mindset and core movement, Jeff manages to teach his classes to a high level, whilst injecting great humour and fun. His school Incognito Dance, run regular Latin dance classes in London catering for over 600 dancers each week. JANA SLOSAROVA

Jana starting dancing at the age of 3 and became  European Latin Ballroom Champion at youth and adult levels. Now living in London, she teaches Salsa (On1 & On2), (Bachata all styles), and Cha Cha from both follower’s and leader’s perspectives. She teaches at all levels from beginners to advanced regularly for Incognito Dance in all our clubs in and around London, as well as ladies styling, shines, musicality. She has appeared in film and TV and taught recently at The Moveit Exhibition in Olympia which had over 35,000 dancers. With the experience of different dance styles, Jana believes in encouraging others to develop expression and creativity in all aspects of their salsa dancing. Angelica Marion is a London-based Latin dance instructor with over 14 years of experience in Bachata, Salsa, and Reggaeton. She’s taught across the UK and internationally, including in Mozambique, Spain, Portugal, and South Africa.

Her classes blend precision with playfulness, combining strong musicality with an infectious energy that makes students feel both empowered and at ease. Angelica believes dance should be joyful, expressive, and deeply connected—and she’s excited to bring her unique flavour to the Incognito team.

Francesca Ceserani

Francesca brings a lifetime of dancing and a deep passion for Latin music to the dance floor. Originally from Italy, she began salsa and bachata at the age of 4 before focusing on ballet, which she trained in for over 13 years and which shaped her strong technique, musicality, and elegance as a dancer.

After living in London, Francesca spent nearly 2 years in Mexico, where she returned to her roots in salsa and bachata. She further refined her style through extended stays in Peru, immersing herself in local dance communities. Since early 2024, she has been back in London and is proud to be part of the team at Incognito.

Her private classes focus on boosting confidence on the dance floor, helping both leaders and followers feel comfortable, expressive, and self-assured.

Expect queen energy for followers, king confidence for leaders, and plenty of fun along the way.

Aliki Siganou

New to the Incognito family, but not new to dance. Aliki originally from Greece was brought up with dance and music all her life.  Starting with Ballet at the age of 4, then trained in Greek Traditional Dance, R&B, Latin Ballroom, all through her teens. She then discovered a special love for Salsa and Bachata whilst studying at University in London. 

 

Having now been trained by Incognito Dance for the last few years, she regularly teachings at Incognito’s most popular clubs to hundreds of students every week, has performed multiple times at congresses in Europe in front of large audiences on the same stage by modern greats like:  Frankie Martinez – USA, Daniel & Desiree – Spain, Marco & Sara – Spain, Katerina & Dmitry – Russia, Charlie Garcia & Tania Cannarsa – Italy/USA, Johnny Vazquez & Luis Vazquez – Mexico Barbara Jimenez – Cuba, Angelo Rito – Italy.
